DRIVING DIRECTIONS

FROM WEST ASHEVILLE:

I 240 EAST, EXIT 5B CHARLOTTE STREET. Go straight through the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp (do not turn onto Charlotte Street). When you cross the intersection you will be on Woodfin Place . Turn left into the first driveway and park. The building has several entrances, see note.

FROM EAST ASHEVILLE:

I 240 WEST, EXIT 5B CHARLOTTE STREET. At the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Charlotte Street. Go to the next light and turn left onto Woodfin Place. Turn left into the first driveway and park. The building has several entrances, see note.

FROM BILTMORE & SOUTH ASHEVILLE:

Travel north on Biltmore Avenue. Fork right onto Charlotte Street. Turn right at the signal after the Executive Park Building. (This is Woodfin Place, and it’s the turn you would take to get on I 240 East.) Turn left into the first driveway and park. The building has several entrances, see note.

FROM NORTH ASHEVILLE:

Travel south on Charlotte Street. Turn left at the signal for Woodfin Place (this is the turn you would take to get on I 240 East). Turn left into the first driveway and park. The building has several entrances, see note.

FINDING THE BUILDING ENTRANCE (PLEASE NOTE):

The Park Place building has several entrances. Go in the entrance farthest left, closest to Charlotte Street, in the smaller, two-story section of the building (the West Wing). The awning over the door says, " Park Place West ". Bartlett Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine is well signed, on the first floor of the West Wing.

Note: The main section of the building has an elevator: This is not the West Wing, where Bartlett Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine is located.

FEE SCHEDULE

The following fee schedule applies to fees paid at time of service with cash, check or credit card.  We accept mastercard and visa for those who wish to recieve treatment now and pay later.
Is acupuncture covered by insurance?

Initial Consultation - No treatment (1 - 1 ¼ hours)                                 $90.00
In depth health history & review of systems, including chief complaint
Diagnosis with thorough explanation, prognosis, treatment plan

Acupuncture Treatment - Follow-up (1 ¼ - 1 ½ hours)                         $72.00
Includes individualized herbal prescription

Initial Intake + Acupuncture Treatment (1 ½ hours)                             $135.00
Brief initial intake for 1 acute symptom or simple pain condition

Herbal Consultation - (20-35 minutes                                                       $60.00
Phone or in person consultation & individualized herbal prescription

Phone Consultation (Less than thirty minutes)                                       $45.00
Quick updates & brief discussions of treatment or herbal progress.

Clinical Consultations                                                                                  $70/hour, $40/half hour
Extended consultations to discuss treatment progress, emotional or
lifestyle factors affecting your condition, & dietary/nutritional consultations.

Herbs (Raw and Granules)                                                                          $25 - $40/ week
Raw and granulated herbs are individually formulated for each patient.
They cannot be re-used for another patient, and therefore are not returnable.

Third Treatment in the Same Week Discount                                        -$30.00
If you have 3 treatments in the same week, a $30 discount is given
on the Third treatment (-$10/per treatment)

Cancellation & Missed Visit Fee                                                                $45.00
Less than one business day's notice given.
Courtesy reminder calls are made the day before the scheduled appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notification of cancellation or re-scheduling must be received by telephone on weekdays (Monday through Friday) between the hours of 10:30am and 6pm. Acupuncture visits are generally scheduled a week or more in advance. As a courtesy, please give as much notice as is possible to cancel or re-schedule visits so that appointment times will be available for scheduling other patients.

If you do not give a full business day’s notice of the appointment time change a $45.00 cancelation fee will be charged to your account. If a new, acute condition or illness arises, please keep your previously scheduled acupuncture appointment. The new condition will be treated with Chinese medicine.
